St. Gianna Beretta Molla's parish is located in Poznań-Piątkowo, the deanery in the Archdiocese of Poznań, the fifth biggest city of Poland, with over 550 000 inhabitants. The area includes suburban villages on the northern outskirts of Poznań – Złotniki, Jelonek and a part of Suchy Las.

The territory of our parish previously belonged to Chojnica-Morasko with parish church in Suchy Las as well as to parish in Kiekrz (Poznań). The parish priest is father Jakub Knychała, helped by father Dariusz Mazur.

The patron saint of our parish is an Italian doctor who sacrificed her life for her own unborn child. The parish was established on January 1, 2009. A provisional wooden chapel was consecrated on October 3, 2009, by the Archbishop of Poznań. The new church is under construction. Many groups like: Association of Living Rosary, The Daisy Movement, (people praying for gifts of the Holy Spirit for a certain priest), acolytes, children’s choir and Charity Parish Group are ministered in our community.
